Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and HR functional consultants to understand client needs and translate them into technical configurations.
- Configure and customize Oracle HRMS modules (e.g., Global HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor) to meet specific business requirements.
- Develop and implement technical solutions using PL/SQL, Workflow Builder, and JDeveloper.
- Leverage Oracle Integration SOA Suite to integrate HRMS with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Conduct system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure functionality and data integrity.
- Provide ongoing support to HR users, troubleshoot technical issues, and identify opportunities for system optimization.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS features and functionalities.
- Document configurations, processes, and solutions for future reference.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant with a focus on HRMS modules.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and their implementation within Oracle HRMS.
- Expertise in PL/SQL scripting and experience with Oracle database administration.
- Proven ability to configure workflows and develop custom solutions using JDeveloper.
- Experience integrating Oracle EBS with other systems using Oracle Integration SOA Suite and FTP (preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Certification.
- Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certification
