Role Description

We are seeking a fixed-term Technology Lawyer to support a leading organisation in Dubai. This role requires on-site presence to work closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams. You will handle a broad range of technology-related legal matters, including drafting and negotiating software licensing agreements, SaaS contracts, and data protection policies. You'll advise on intellectual property, compliance, and regulatory issues, ensuring the organisation meets its legal obligations while supporting innovation and growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer admitted in a major international jurisdiction.
• Proven experience with a top-tier international law firm and/or in-house legal role, particularly within the technology or digital sectors.
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating technology contracts, IP, data privacy, and SaaS agreements.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to the technology industry.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Regional experience and familiarity with Middle Eastern regulations are advantageous.
• Relevant qualification in Law or a related field.
