Our client, a prominent player in the telecommunications sector in Saudi Arabia, is currently looking for a Telco Product Business Analyst, to support their team as a freelancer. This role focuses on analyzing and enhancing the efficiency and profitability of telecom products.
The project aims to streamline the client's product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction by identifying and rectifying gaps within their current systems. The position has been created as part of the client's strategic initiatives to maintain and strengthen their market position amidst increasing competition and rapidly changing market dynamics
Responsibilities and expected Delivery
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
- Gather and define business requirements to refine telecom product features.
- Ensure the alignment of product specifications with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the IT department to implement Siebel solutions effectively.
- Lead quality assurance efforts to meet the highest standards of product delivery.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Professional background
- A minimum of +8 years experience in business analysis within the telecommunications industry.
- Must-have skills: Fluent knowledge in Arabic and English, proven expertise in business requirements gathering, and a strong background in Quality Assurance and Siebel systems.
- Nice-to-have skills: Knowledge of Project Management, Oracle BRM, and Oracle RODOD.
- Desired professional background includes significant exposure to telecom product lifecycle management.
- Relevant academic degree in Business, IT, or related fields.Certifications in Business Analysis and/or Project Management are advantageous.
