Tele Sales Real Estate Agent (OFF-PLAN)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Telecaller with a background in off-plan real estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

• Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce off-plan properties.

• Cold call at least 250-300 numbers daily to generate leads.

Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Set up appointments and follow up with clients as needed.

Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.

• Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the off-plan real estate market in Dubai.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
