We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaged telecaller to increase our sales by reaching out to our current and potential clients. For this, you need to obtain the list of individual information and source the data for additional members from the targeted audience.
To be a successful telecaller, you need to have the capability to convince even the toughest of individuals to purchase our offerings. Even they need to suggest ways in which client feedback can be utilized to improve the product or services.

Key Responsibilities:_
- Client Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, respond to inbound inquiries, and provide information about available properties in Dubai.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify prospective clients, gather their requirements, and schedule property viewings with our sales team.Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and property listings in our system.Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
- Marketing Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets by converting leads into clients and facilitating property transactions.
Customer Relationship Management
: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.Follow-up
: Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to strategize and implement effective sales campaigns.

Qualifications:_
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
