Aber Vehicle Registration Company is seeking proactive and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic call center team. As a Tele caller/Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily. You will assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicle registration, provide information on registration processes, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling different topics.
- Meet daily call quotas and quality assurance standards.
Strive to achieve first-call resolution and customer retention goals.- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further investigation.
Proven experience as a Tele caller or similar customer service role.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.- Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends.
High school diploma; additional certifications or training is a plus.
