We are seeking a dedicated Tele Caller and Administrator to join our team and help drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tele Calling & Student Interaction:
- Reach out to prospective students and parents to provide information about our IT courses, including robotics, AI, and coding programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, answering queries related to course details, schedules, and enrollment procedures.- Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication with potential students to guide them through the registration process.
Build and maintain a strong rapport with students and parents, ensuring they have all the necessary information and support.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing appointments.
Keep accurate records of student inquiries, enrollments, and communications in our CRM system.- Coordinate with instructors and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of classes and events.
Prepare and manage reports, documentation, and databases related to student enrollment and course progress.
- Course Coordination:
- Assist in the scheduling and organization of classes, workshops, and events.
Support the marketing team in promoting courses and events, including creating and distributing promotional materials.- Help organize webinars and online sessions, ensuring all technical and administrative details are handled smoothly.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing student and parent inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Assist students with course registration, payment processes, and other administrative tasks.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
