Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Telecaller to join our sales team. The IT Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling potential clients, and qualifying prospects for our IT services (Recruitment and Contract staffing). This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to effectively convey technical information over the phone.
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from identified leads.
- Present and explain IT services (Recruitment and IT Contract staffing) to potential customers.
Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and qualify prospects.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
- Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role, mandatory in the IT industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to grasp technical concepts and explain them to non-technical individuals.- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Persistence and resilience in achieving sales targets.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite.
