We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Female
Tele Caller to join our real estate agency in Dubai. As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and converting them into appointments for our sales team. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients over the phone effectively.
Contact potential clients and follow-up calls to generate interest in our properties.- Provide information about our services, features, and benefits.
Persuade interested prospects to schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain a database of leads and ensure all communications are logged accurately.
Keep abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar sales/customer service role. Preferred those having own/parents/spouse visa.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages like Arabic would be advantageous.
