Location:
Dubai Minimum 1 year in real estate telecalling
- Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients, understanding their real estate needs and preferences.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads through outbound calls, ensuring a steady flow of potential customers to the sales team.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule property viewings and meetings for our sales representatives, optimizing their time and maximizing productivity.
- Database Management: Update and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective follow-ups.
- Customer Follow-up: Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls, providing information on new properties and market trends.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback on property viewings and services to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Requirements:
- Experience:A minimum of 1 year of telecalling experience in the real estate sector is mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive communication style.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to understand and address customer needs, fostering positive relationships.
- Sales Acumen:Basic understanding of real estate sales processes and the ability to generate interest and leads.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of calls and tasks effectively.
