We are seeking enthusiastic Telemarketers to assist us in our expansion efforts by generating leads, making calls to potential clients across different time zones, and following up with leads. The successful candidates will be responsible for reaching out to international prospects, introducing our recruitment services, and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads, including international contacts across various time zones.
Present and promote our recruitment services effectively.
Follow up with leads to ensure ongoing engagement and interest.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client information in our CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and follow-up targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
