As a Real Estate Listing Agent (Calling Agent), your primary responsibility will be to contact property owners, identify potential sellers, and secure property listings for our agency. You will play a vital role in expanding our portfolio of available properties. Key responsibilities include:
- Outreach: Initiate and manage phone calls to property owners to discuss the possibility of listing their properties with our agency.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with property owners, demonstrating professionalism and market knowledge.
- Listing Presentation: Present the benefits of listing with our agency, showcasing our services, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Property Information: Gather relevant property details, including pricing, features, and market value, for listing purposes.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to maintain contact with potential clients and address any additional inquiries.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all outreach and communication in our CRM system.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record in the same role
