Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Telemarketing Executive (Female) with a strong command of English to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2B sales, industry research, and setting up sales appointments. This role requires a proactive approach to engage with potential clients, build relationships, and support our sales team in achieving their targets.
Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients.
- Engage in B2B sales activities, including identifying and qualifying leads.
Perform industry research to gather relevant data and insights.- Arrange and schedule sales appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert them into sales opportunities.
Provide timely feedback and reports on the progress of telemarketing campaigns.
Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or B2B sales.- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Experience in industry research and lead generation.
Ability to arrange and coordinate sales appointments effectively.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
