Mandatory Qualifications

1. Excellent Communication in English and Arabic and Customer Service skills
2. Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Support
3. Ability to work independently and remotely
4. Knowledge of legal industry practicesis a must
5. Knowledge of using CRM systems

Preferably:

Bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration, or at least 3 years experience in a law firm or Chartered Accountant Firm

What you'll do:

1. Work closely with our client (Law firm) as part of his team
2. Work with ZOHO CRM integration
3. Call all leads, email, and follow up
4. Create, Design, and Send newsletters and email marketing
