Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Telemarketing Specialist. As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, communication, customer support, and sales. You will be making outbound calls to potential customers, providing product information, resolving customer inquiries, and closing sales deals.

Qualifications

  • Lead Generation, Customer Service, and Sales skills
  • Excellent communication and customer support skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate product information
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Experience in telemarketing or call customer service for 3 years
  • Fluency in English is a must C1/C2
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
