The Telemarketing Specialist will play a key role in driving lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth for our company. This role requires a results-driven, motivated individual with strong communication skills to identify and qualify prospective clients. The Telemarketing specialist will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to nurture leads and build a pipeline of potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our solutions.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they meet our ideal customer profile.
- Gather information about customer needs and interests to assist the sales team in lead prioritization.
Customer Engagement
- Present the company's services and products over the phone and address any initial queries.
- Engage with prospects by sharing the value propositions of our solutions.
- Maintain a professional and friendly manner to ensure a positive brand image.
Sales Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Work with the sales team to schedule qualified meetings, product demos, and presentations with interested clients.
- Track progress and follow up with prospects as required, aiming to move them through the sales funnel.
Market Research & Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer demands to refine targeting strategies.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on customer responses, objections, and market demand trends.
Performance Metrics
- Achieve individual targets for calls, qualified leads, and conversions.
- Regularly report on KPIs, lead quality, and overall telemarketing performance.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business administration, Sales and Marketing, or any related field.
- 3+ years of proven working experience in a sales, marketing or customer service role is preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must (Any additional languages would be an advantage)
