Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Cold Calling Specialist. The cold calling specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls, contacting prospects, trying to build conversations about properties for sale, rent, or lease, or using a simple calling script specific to the client.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in cold calling and lead generation
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
• English proficiency level C1 or higher preferred!

Requirements:

At Least 6 months to a year of Experience.

A working PC or Laptop.

A USB headset.

An internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload.

Graduates, undergrads, gap year students, and foreigners are most welcome to apply!

Compensation Basic Salary: 250$ KPIS up to 350 dollarsWeekly spiffs and monthly competitions also included! payment in dollars through payoneer.
