THE MISSION

  • Welcoming Voice: Answer all incoming calls promptly and cheerfully, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated!
  • Guest Support Champion: Handle inquiries, requests, and reservations with a positive attitude, providing the best service possible!
  • Information Guru: Share information about our facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience!
  • Communication Hub: Transfer calls to the appropriate departments and ensure seamless communication throughout the hotel!
  • Emergency Ready: Be prepared to handle emergency situations with composure, following all safety protocols!
  • Logbook Keeper: Maintain accurate records of calls and messages to ensure clear communication within the team!
  • Team Player: Collaborate with other departments to support guest needs and enhance overall service!
