Job Description:
Accord Real Estate is seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales within the real estate industry, specifically in the Dubai market. This role focuses on generating leads and converting them into sales, particularly in the off-plan property sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and sales.
- Promote and sell off-plan properties to prospective buyers.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Provide clients with detailed information about available properties and market conditions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of telesales experience in the real estate market in Dubai.
- Preferably experienced in the off-plan property market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
Compensation:
- Attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
- Fixed salary.
