We focus on providing comprehensive solutions for all customers and their automobile needs. We currently operate multiple showrooms across Cairo, El Mansoura, and Beheira. This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Cairo, Egypt. This is a great opportunity for people passionate about the automotive business and sales.
Responsibilities
- Conduct calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Adhere to all customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Handle the sales cycle from the beginning and record all customer information.
- Schedule appointments for clients to visit the showroom to view the vehicle and receive it at the end of the sales cycle.
- Overcome and handle any objections or complaints from prospective clients, and solve any of their issues along their sales cycle.
- Professionally provide excellent customer service and support.
- Close all sales over the phone.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from a four-year accredited university.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a telesales specialist or sales representative.
- Excellent communication, customer service and support skills.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Cairo residence is a must.
- Good command of the English language.
