Job Summary:_
As a Telesales Agent, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and converting them into sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable property solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:_
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate services and offerings.
Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.- Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
Schedule appointments for property viewings and consultations with the sales team.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and timely information.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications:_
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is highly desirable.
