Roles and Responsibilities- Proven work experience as a tele sales representative / customer service or a similar role within Business Development.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets.- Well versed with the mortgage and/or Real Estate industry.
To keep abreast of the Mortgage products and policies and advise prospective clients accordingly.
- Intermediate skills in calculating mortgage related tools including but not limited to deriving borrowing eligibility, amortization, pre-approval and final approval.
Strong learning ability of the ongoing product features and policies in depth.- Should be able meet deadlines and tolerate sales pressure.
A strong team player with a ability to achieve individual and team goals.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks as and when required.
- Qualifications and Skills Requirements
Professional certification in Sales and Marketing will be an advantage
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong oral and verbal communication required- Ability to switch communication style
Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-pace, high performing organization.
