Job Description

Dear Candidates,

Agram Hr is seeking a dynamic and experienced TeleSales Executive to join our client's team in Dubai.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads or databases.
  • Sales Pitching: Present products or services persuasively to secure sales or generate interest.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with prospects to enhance the likelihood of sales.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling and questioning techniques.Schedule and Compliance: Work six days a week during daytime hours, ensuring compliance with the no night shift policy.
  • Requirements:
Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Telesales professional
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Benefits:
Fixed Salary: 6000 AED per month.
  • Incentives: Additional incentives based on sales performance.
Medical insurance and other benefits as per UAE labor law.
