The Tele-sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales through proactive phone calls to potential and existing clients in the recruitment and staffing sector. This role involves managing daily tele-sales activities to promote services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to identify their recruitment/staffing needs and promote the company's services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
- Prepare and present sales scripts tailored to client requirements, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
- Manage the daily workflow, including call logs, follow-ups, and reporting on sales performance.
- Assist in qualifying leads and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, maintain records, and manage sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful client service delivery and satisfaction.
- Attend training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing, ideally in the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong verbal communication skills and persuasive selling abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a proactive approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Familiarity with the UAE market and recruitment operations is advantageous.
