Telesales Executive

As we expand, we're looking for talented individuals to join us as Telemarketers to support our sales team.

About the Role:

As a Telemarketer, you will be part of our dedicated team responsible for building customer relationships through phone-based marketing. You'll promote our logistics and shipping solutions effectively, providing the necessary support to our sales teams to ensure optimal customer service and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce our services and offer tailored shipping solutions to meet their needs.

Follow up with clients, offering necessary support to ensure their expectations are met.

Record all communication details and daily activities to create detailed reports for the sales team and management.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, enhancing their satisfaction with our services.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience in sales support, with a preference for those with a background in international shipping (Freight Forwarding).

Professional background in telesales, call centers, or real estate is preferred.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen to and analyze customer needs and focus on meeting those needs effectively.
