Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales Agent to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, presenting our products or services, and closing sales over the phone. The Telesales Agent will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services.
- Customize sales pitches based on the specific needs of each prospect.
- Use persuasive sales techniques to guide prospects through the sales process.
- Close sales and achieve weekly/monthly quotas.
- Address customer concerns and objections to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in reaching sales goals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent Command of English
