- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their marketing goals.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and call details.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with the marketing and account management teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Familiarity with marketing services and the ability to explain them effectively.
