Jitendra Consulting Group Headquarter in Dubai is a reputed leading multi-lingual rapidly growing company that offers a growing portfolio such as Auditing & Accounting, Business Advisory Service, Intellectual Property Services, VAT, and AML compliances services in the UAE.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele sales Representative (for cold calling) to generate leads/sales for the marketing manager who will be responsible for the meetings/closing sales deals.

An effective tele sales representative must be an excellent communicator have superior people skills and must be comfortable presenting services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Job Responsibilities

To contact potential or existing customers from the database given and inform them about services.

To Fix meeting with the potential clients with business development team.

To answer questions about products or services of the company

To ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

To direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.

To take and process orders in an accurate manner

To handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation

To keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

To reply client professionally via email and send them quotation according to their requirements

Requirements

Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects

Excellent knowledge of English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Salary: AED 3,000 per month plus commission.
