As a Telesales Specialist
at Primedale Real Estate, you will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals over the phone. Your goal will be to maximize sales opportunities and contribute to the company's growth.
Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain and update the database of potential clients.
Contact potential clients to present and promote real estate opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.- Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback to management.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
Proven experience as a telesales executive in Dubai Real Estate.- Fluent in English and Arabic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation, energy, and a positive attitude.
Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
