Job Description

RE One Properties is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Telesales to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing information about our real estate offerings. The Telesales will play a crucial role in generating leads, property listings and supporting our sales team in achieving targets.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients and owners to introduce our real estate services and to collect Inventory / Properties.
  • Provide detailed information about available properties, their features, and benefits.
Understand client requirements and preferences to suggest suitable properties.
  • Schedule appointments for property viewings and consultations with our sales agents.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information.
  • Follow up with clients to nurture relationships and provide ongoing support.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Assist in developing and implementing effective Telesales scripts and strategies.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into potential leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and improve lead generation processes.
  • Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or real estate are a plus.
  • Real Estate background is a must.
Proven experience as a Telesales , telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex property details.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic Languages.
  • Benefits:
Salary range from AED 2,500 up to AED 4,000 plus Commission that is based on total listings could be generated during a month.
