Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team!

Job Description:

  • Prospecting and qualifying leads from cold calls.
Reaching out to potential clients in the UAE and other locations to increase sales.
  • Following up with potential customers to facilitate sales.
Effectively understand the client's requirements.
  • Keeping track of all attempts to close sales, both successful and unsuccessful.
Handling grievances in a manner that preserves the company's reputation.
  • Making 200 phone calls per day as a daily target.
Improve the quality of customer service for existing & prospective customers.

Skills:

  • Prior experience working as a Telesales Executive or in sales/customer service.
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals by phone.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

Requirement:

  • At least 2 years experience working in a similar role.
