Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  2. Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to improve performance.
  3. Monitor team performance and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  4. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to maximize sales opportunities.
  5. Assist team members with closing sales and handling customer objections.
  6. Achieve personal sales target.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to support sales efforts and meet customer needs.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or similar role, preferably from telesales and B2C industry.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
