Telesales Manager

Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978, Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management, Hospitality, General Contracting and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction, Mining, Oil, and Gas industries.

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager with a proven sales track, positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Job Scope:

Creating effective sales strategies, coaching the Tele sales team, and ensuring exceptional client service, managing and developing the tele sales team, driving sales targets, and achieving revenue growth for the company.

Job Duties:

• Create Tele sales strategies ensure the department target is exceeded.
• Write and adjust sales scripts.
• Managing and coaching the Tele sales team and assisting staff.
• Monitoring the performance of the Tele sales team.
• Listening calls and providing feedback.
• Setting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintaining customer relationships.
• Handling escalated customer complaints.
• Compiling and presenting sales reports.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Experience:

• 7 Years of experience in Tele sales and Real Estate is a must

Other Requirements:

• Fluent in English & Arabic.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and data analysis.
• Flexible with working shifts and weekends.
