About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tele-sales Manager or similar role.
- At least 3-4 Years of experience
- Strong understanding of Tele-sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
