We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to close sales over the phone. This role involves identifying potential customers, explaining our products or services, and securing sales.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services.- Answer questions about products, services, and the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
Enter and update customer information in the database.- Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation.
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Proven 1-2 years of experience as a Telesales Representative is a must.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
