About the job
The candidate will follow-up leads and educate potential customers on the English education product via phone calls. He/she must have proven track record in closing sales and exceeding sales quota. Candidate must be proactive, has good customer service and sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Follow-up leads and educate them on the value of English education.
- Assist customers through the process and gather their experience.
- Closely track and close sales.
- Generate new sales from referrals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree of any course or equivalent experience
- Must be able to communicate in English and Arabic;
- 2-5 years of B2C sales experience in the edtech/e-learning, insurance or service industry;
- Proven track record in sales achievement;
- Resident of Jordan; willing to work in Amman.
- Passionate and self-motivated;
- Must have good sales and negotiation skills;
