Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday (12PM-9PM), Saturday (12PM-4PM), Break Included (1 hour and 15mins Scheduled)
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with paid users through telephone and online communication, ensuring the delivery learning services.
- Monitor and support users learning progress, providing timely feedback, resolving any issues, and assisting them in achieving their educational goals.
- Drive user renewals, focusing on improving renewal rates by proactively managing user engagement and satisfaction.
- Execute work plans and achieve monthly renewal sales targets, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records in the database.
- Enhance customer satisfaction, expand customer resources, and actively promote user recommendations and referrals.
Requirements:
- Proven experiences as sales, customer service or in a similar role, preferably from Tele-sales or call center industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English language.
