Role Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Telesales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or telephonic sales. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential drivers, explaining the benefits of joining Captain Misr, and guiding them through the registration process.

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily outbound calls to potential drivers.

Explain the benefits of working with Captain Misr and guide them through the registration process.

Resolve inquiries and assist drivers throughout the registration steps.

Meet monthly targets for new driver registrations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in understanding and meeting telesales job requirements.

Ability to work as part of a team and achieve monthly targets.
