Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative at Central Tact in Cairo. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for communication with customers, providing customer service and support, sales activities, and training new team members.

Qualifications

Fluency in English is a Must.

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in telesales or customer service is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
