Telesales Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Job Description:

-Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service

-Present products or services over the phone and deal with complaints and doubts.

-Help the company grow by bringing in new customers and developing business.

-Enter and update customer information in the database

-Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements and skills:

-Proven experience 2 year at least as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role (Medical field is a plus)

-Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

-Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to the customer

-English level Good

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Cool tempered and able to handle rejection

Note:

-Work location: First settlement (Nearby resident is plus)

-Working days from Saturday to Thursday 1 day off

-Experience: 2-5

-Salary range: 5500: 6000 +Commission (Exceeding 9,000 EGP).
