Objectives:Telesales is
the selling of a company's products or services by phone, either by calling possible customers or by answering calls from customers. Common steps to the selling process:
prospecting, preparation, approach, presentation, handling objections, closing and follow-up.
Be knowledgeable about the product.
- Identify prospective customers, conversion and retention.
Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
Answer questions about the products.
Excellent communication skills.
- Creative thinking skills.
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation. Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
10 hours Duty.
- 3 Days off Monthly on Rotational basis.
- All Requirements for the job Role:
12th Class or Higher Secondary school preferred.
- At least 1 yr+ experience of industry in Telesales, Banking sector experience.,etc.
Good communication skill in Hindi, English
