Job Title: Telesales Representative

Location: Dubai

Duration: Full Time Permanent

Salary: 2500 AED per month plus commission

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in telesales, sales, or customer service within the finance or brokerage industry .

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex financial products in a clear and concise manner.

Sales Oriented: Strong ability to identify sales opportunities, build rapport, and close deals over the phone.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively to secure new business.

Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial products, stock markets, and investment principles is desirable.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable with using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools to track leads and manage data.

Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
