Telesales Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative at Octo Media. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls, prospecting new clients, maintaining customer relationships, providing customer support, and delivering product knowledge and training to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in the biochemistry or related field.
• 1-3 years Experience in telesales (Laboratory, Medical analysis background is a preferable).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• V.Good Command in English.
• V.Good Command in MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM software

Job Details

• Commission on achieving monthly target.
• 8 hours / 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Full-time on-site.
• Location : 5th Settlement, Cairo.
