Telesales Representative

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Telesales Representative at (a well known Grocery shopping online company) located in Qesm El Zamalek. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for communication and customer support, including sales activities and providing training to clients.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service and support experience
• Proven sales skills
• Ability to provide training to clients
• Min Experience 6 year in Telesales
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work well in a team
• Fluent English Speakers C1
