Job Description

Job Summary:

The Telesales Representative will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential customers, explaining products and services, and persuading prospects to make a purchase. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Engagement:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
  • Identify customer needs and present product features and benefits to meet those needs.
  • Persuade customers to purchase by delivering compelling product presentations and answering questions.
  • Lead Management:
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing or other channels to close sales.
  • Maintain an organized database of leads and track interactions for follow-up opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and address complaints in a professional and positive manner.
  • Sales Targets and Reporting:
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the sales manager.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including conversion rates and customer feedback.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share feedback and improve sales strategies.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and telesales skills.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and customer-focused approach.
  • Bilingual ability is a must (B2 English & Arabic)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
