Job Summary:
The Telesales Representative will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential customers, explaining products and services, and persuading prospects to make a purchase. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
- Identify customer needs and present product features and benefits to meet those needs.
- Persuade customers to purchase by delivering compelling product presentations and answering questions.
- Lead Management:
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing or other channels to close sales.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and track interactions for follow-up opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries and address complaints in a professional and positive manner.
- Sales Targets and Reporting:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the sales manager.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including conversion rates and customer feedback.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share feedback and improve sales strategies.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and telesales skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or related field.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and customer-focused approach.
- Bilingual ability is a must (B2 English & Arabic)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
