Job Overview:We are seeking a Lead Generator/Telesales Agent to join us, specializing in lead generation and qualification for the secondary market team. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, qualify leads, and collaborate with property consultants to ensure they are listed effectively on online portals for sale or rent. This role involves phone communication, data management, and strong coordination skills to support the sales process.
Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls and other communication channels.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to determine their suitability for property listings based on their needs and preferences.
Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through initial inquiries and setting expectations.- Collaboration: Work closely with property consultants to ensure qualified leads are appropriately listed and marketed on various online property portals.
Market Research: Stay updated on the latest market trends and property values to inform lead qualification and listing strategies.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications, lead statuses, and feedback in CRM systems.
Proven experience in telesales in real estate.
