As we expand our services in Saudi Arabia, we are focusing on adult career training to help individuals advance their careers. We're looking for a motivated Customer Consultant to drive the sales of our adult training courses and help empower professionals with new skills.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach calls to potential customers to promote and sell 51Talk's adult career training courses.

Handle inquiries from adult learners, understand their career development needs, and convert these into sales opportunities.

Provide personalized course recommendations that meet customer requirements and close sales.

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for adult training programs.

Follow up on leads generated by marketing and maintain detailed, accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or a similar role, with a strong preference for background in telesales or training program sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and understand adult learners career goals.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively promote adult training programs.

Goal-oriented with a commitment to achieving sales targets consistently.

Familiarity with CRM systems or similar tools for tracking and managing sales activities is an advantage. What We Offer:
