Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist at A&A Estate. We are seeking an experienced telesales professional who demonstrates excellent telephone etiquette and maintains a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will stay calm and collected, handle rejection gracefully, and naturally follow scripts.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively approach potential clients calls to generate and close sales opportunities
• Keep up-to-date with real Dubai real estate updates
• Identify and source potential leads and prospects through various channels, including databases, online platforms, and referrals
• Manage follow-ups and leads effectively
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telesales preferably in the real estate industry
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Basic reporting skills for lead updates and call tracking updates
• Strong listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
