Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Telesales Specialist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for customer service, communication, sales, and customer support. The role will require engaging with clients over the phone to provide financial services and support.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, communication, and sales.
- Strong customer support and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft (excel, word, etc).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
- Knowledge of financial products and services.
- Explain products/services.
- Prior experience in telesales is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Arabic languages.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
