Telecaller (Salary Based):

Responsibilities:

- Contact potential clients and prospects through outbound calls.

- Introduce and explain our real estate services to customers.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about properties.

- Maintain and update customer databases.

- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into customers.

- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads.

Requirements:

FRESH GRADUATE

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with CRM software and customer databases.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
